Ingredients: African rooibos, rosehips, blueberries, elderberries, rose leaves and petals, lavender flowers, and natural flavors.
Warm infusion: Infuse 2 teaspoons per cup of water for 3 to 4 minutes. Water temperature 90°C (194°F).
Cold infusion: infuse 4 to 5 teaspoons for 1 liter of water in the refrigerator for 5 to 6 hours or overnight.
