Shipping Policy
Orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours.
Shipping is free for all purchases of $85 or more. If the minimum purchase amount is not met, a flat shipping fee of $8 applies for Quebec and Ontario. For the rest of Canada and the United States, the shipping fee is $10 if the minimum purchase amount is not met.

Once the package is in the hands of the shipping company, Ora Protections relinquishes ownership rights to the buyer. We take every precaution to ensure that your order is delivered to you. If you do not receive your order within 10 business days, please contact us for assistance.
📍 Order Tracking – Before Contacting Us
To ensure efficient service and follow-up, please complete the following steps before reaching out:
✅ A tracking number was sent to the email used for purchase when the package was marked "In Transit."
✅ Verify your address on your order confirmation.
✅ Most shipments do not require a signature upon delivery. However, you may receive a carrier notice in your mailbox directing you to a pickup location.
✅ Some carriers may attempt a second delivery the following day if you were not home for the first attempt.
⏳ Delivery Delays – External Factors
Delivery times may vary during peak periods and can be extended due to unforeseen circumstances, such as:
- Shipping carrier delays (strikes, sorting issues, increased package volume, etc.)
- Severe weather conditions affecting transportation
- Temporary workforce shortages in our warehouse
- Public health regulations or restrictions
- High order volumes during sales events, holidays, or product launches
In these cases, please allow up to 8 business days for delivery.
📦 Shipping Regulations & Responsibility
The delivery of products is subject to the rules and policies of the shipping company, including those regarding signature upon receipt. If you are not home at the time of delivery, it is your responsibility to track and retrieve your package according to the carrier’s procedures.
🚨 Ora Protections is not responsible for lost packages, delivery errors, or damaged packages. Customers must verify their shipping details before completing their order.
📍 How to Track Your Package
Log in to your account or use the tracking link provided in the second email you received after placing your order.
📦 Order Processing & Tracking Timeline
✨ Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email confirming that we have received your order and payment. If you do not see this email, check your spam or junk folder.
✨ Shipping Label Creation: We assign a carrier and generate a shipping label. Your order status will change to "In Transit," and you will receive an email with your official invoice and a tracking link.
➡️ Important: At this stage, your order has not yet been packed. The preparation process may take up to 72 business hours before it begins.
✨ Order Preparation: If an item is out of stock, we will notify you by email and issue a refund for the item.
✨ Package Pickup by Carrier: Once your order is prepared, the shipping carrier will pick it up the same day or the next day.
✨ Delivery Updates: We prioritize express shipping (1-2 business days) whenever possible (except for remote areas). Tracking updates may not appear for up to 72 hours, which is normal. Any additional carrier delays are beyond our control.
✨ Monitor Your Tracking: Keep an eye on your tracking status to avoid issues such as:
- Incorrect address
- Package held at a pickup point
- Failed delivery attempt
✨ Average Delivery Time: 2 to 5 business days (excluding peak sales periods, product launches, remote areas, or extreme weather conditions).
