We offer you our "satisfied or refunded" guarantee on a first pair of panties worn if the experience has not convinced you. Here are the conditions of this guarantee:

• You have 60 days, or 2 cycles, to test your panties. The claim must therefore be made within 60 days of the order date.
• The warranty is only valid on worn panties . Any additional panties that are used, washed or not labeled will not be refunded;
• Applies only to the very first order.

With this guarantee , you will be reimbursed for a pair of worn panties. If several pairs of panties were purchased on this first order , UNWORN panties are also eligible for reimbursement , on the condition that you return the entire order to us.

If you have purchased several panties, we therefore advise you to use only one before trying the others in order to benefit from a full refund of the order. Please note that delivery costs are not refundable and the return of the package must be at your expense.
