To track your package, log in to your account or use the tracking link provided in the second email you received after placing your order.

The journey of your package and the usual delivery times:

✨ After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order and payment. If you do not see this email, remember to check your junk mail or even your trash.
✨ Next, we book a carrier for your package and create a shipping label. Your order status will change to "In Transit", and you will receive an email with your official invoice and a tracking link from the carrier.

Important: At this stage, the preparation of your order has not yet started. Between the order confirmation and the start of its preparation, it can take up to 72 working hours.

✨ During preparation, if an item is missing, we will inform you by email and proceed to refund the item concerned.
✨ Once the preparation is complete, the carrier will pick up your package the same day or the next day.
✨ We always opt for express delivery of 1-2 business days (except for remote areas). It is therefore normal that there is no update in your tracking for the first 72 hours. Any additional delays from the carrier are beyond our control.
✨ Stay tuned to your tracking to avoid any setbacks (incomplete address, package dropped off at a collection point, failed delivery attempt, etc.).
✨ Generally, the average delivery time is 3 to 8 business days (excluding promotional periods, launches, remote areas or special weather conditions).
