Exchange Request
Exchange Policy
General Conditions :
- Exchanges are allowed within 30 days.
- Returned items must be in sellable condition, meaning unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags attached. Otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange and return the items as received.
- Return of items: It is your responsibility to ship the items you wish to exchange at your own expense. We do not provide a return label. Make sure the items are properly packaged to avoid any damage during transit. Ora Protections cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered parcels without delivery confirmation.
- Return address: The return address will be provided only in the email confirming payment and acceptance of your request.
- Only period underwear is eligible for exchange. All other items in the shop are final sale, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. Purchases made during Black Friday, period underwear purchased for less than $20, and period underwear on clearance are not eligible for exchange or refund.
- No refund will be granted for returns.
- Service fee: An additional $6 service and shipping fee is required for any exchange. This fee helps cover a portion of the shipping cost for your exchange order (from Ora Protections to your home).
Exchange Procedure :
- Check your eligibility : Make sure you meet all exchange conditions and have read and accepted the terms of our exchange policy.
- Log in to your account : Access your online account by clicking here to start your exchange request.
- In your account, locate the order in question and click “Request a return.”
- Select the eligible items you wish to exchange. If an item is not clickable, it is not eligible for return.
For each selected item, choose a reason for exchange. - In the “Notes” box, indicate the model and size of the period underwear you would like in exchange, as well as any other relevant details.
- Submit the request: click “Request a return” again to submit your request.
After submitting your request :
- Processing your request : We will review your exchange request within 48 hours.
- Approval email for payment of fees and return instructions: If the request is approved, you will receive a secure link to pay the $6 service fee. If the new underwear has a different price, the difference will be adjusted (refund or additional payment depending on the case).
- The return address and shipping instructions will also be included. Please note that return shipping is at your expense, and we do not provide a return label.
Shipping of new items :
After receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will ship the new items within 2–3 business days, in addition to delivery times.
