Delivery Policy

Orders are processed and shipped between 24 and 48 hours .

Delivery is Free shipping for any purchase of $85 or more . If the minimum purchase is not reached, you will be charged a fixed delivery fee of $8 for Quebec and Ontario. For the rest of Canada and the United States, the delivery fee is $10 if the minimum purchase is not reached.

Delivery times are 3 to 8 working days in Canada*, and can take up to 10 business days for the United States. Once the package is in the hands of the shipping company, Ora Protections waives all ownership rights to the buyer. Every precaution is taken on our side to ensure your order is delivered to you. If you do not receive your order within 10 business days, you can contact us for assistance.

To ensure efficient service and follow-up to our customers, please follow the procedures below before contacting us:

  • A tracking number has been sent to the email used for purchase, when the email indicated "in transit"
  • Please check that your address is correct on your order confirmation.
  • Generally our deliveries do not require a signature upon delivery, but you may have received a notice from the carrier in your mailbox telling you to collect it from a drop-off point.
  • Some of our carriers may also attempt a new delivery the next day, if you were not home during the first attempt.

Due to the high volume of orders, delivery times may be extended by up to 10 business days. No order modification or cancellation requests can be processed once the order has been placed.

Delivery of products is subject to the shipping company's rules and regulations, as well as those regarding signing for a product receipt. If you are absent at the time of delivery, you are responsible for tracking and collecting the products according to the shipping company's rules and procedures.

Ora Protections is not responsible for lost packages, delivery errors, or damaged packages. It is the customer's responsibility to verify delivery information before finalizing their order.

Exchange Policy

General conditions:

  • Exchanges are permitted within 30 days.
  • Returned items must be in saleable condition, i.e. unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags attached. Otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange and return the items as received.
  • Return of items: It is your responsibility to ship the exchanged items at your own expense. We do not provide a return label. Please ensure the items are securely packaged to avoid damage during shipping. Ora Protections is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages without delivery confirmation.
    Return address:
     The return address will only be provided to you in the payment and acceptance email of your request.
  • Only menstrual panties are exchangeable. All other items in the store are final sale, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. Purchases made on Black Friday, menstrual panties purchased for less than $20, and menstrual panties on clearance are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
  • No refunds will be given for returns.
  • Service charges: An additional $6 service and delivery fee is required for all exchanges. This fee is used to cover part of the cost of shipping your exchange order (from Ora Protections to your home).

Exchange procedure:

  • Check your eligibility : Make sure you meet all exchange requirements and have read and accepted the terms of our exchange policy.
  • Log in to your account : Access your online account by clicking here to start the exchange request.
  • In your account, find the order in question and click on “ Request a return ”.
  • Select the eligible items you wish to exchange. If an item is not clickable, it is not eligible for return.
  • For each item selected , choose a reason for exchange.
  • In the “Remarks” box, indicate the model and size of the menstrual panties you would like to exchange, as well as any other relevant details.
  • Submit the request : Click “Request a return” again to submit your request.

    After submitting your request:

    • Processing your request : We will review your exchange request within 48 hours.
    • Approval email for fee payment and return instructions: If the request is approved, you will receive a secure link to pay the $6 service fee. If the new panties have a different price, the difference will be adjusted (refund or additional payment as applicable).
    • The return address and shipping instructions are also included. Please note that the return is at your expense, and we do not provide a return label.

    Shipping of new items:

    After receiving and verifying the returned items, we will ship the new items within 2-3 business days, plus delivery times.

    Return policy

    REFUND
    Aside from our guarantee on your first pair ordered, menstrual panties and washable pads are unfortunately non-refundable. Similarly, no other products in the store are refundable.

    MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
    Still unsure about the effectiveness of menstrual panties? We offer a guarantee on a pair of panties if you're not convinced by the experience. Here are the conditions:
    – This must be your very first order.
    – You have 60 days, or 2 cycles, to test your panties. Your claim must be made within 60 days of the order date.
    – We will refund you for worn panties, which you must return to us at your own expense. If you purchased multiple pairs of panties on this first order, unworn panties are also eligible for a refund, by returning the entire order to us.

    The warranty is only valid for worn panties. Any additional panties that are used, washed, or unlabeled will not be refunded.
    If you purchased more than one, we recommend using only one before trying the others to receive a full refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for returning the package.

    DEFECT IN AN ITEM
    If your item is defective upon receipt, please notify us within 7 days of receipt using the same form above. We will accommodate you in the best possible way.

    – Due to a high volume of orders, delivery times may be extended by up to 10 business days during major promotion periods (Black Friday, clearance sales, etc.). No modification or cancellation requests can be accepted once the order has been processed.

    Promotion terms & conditions

    – All sales are final at all times, whether during promotional periods or not. No returns or refunds will be accepted. Only our first-purchase satisfaction guarantee applies. You can view our full return policy here.

    – Purchases made during Black Friday, period underwear priced under $20, as well as clearance items, are not eligible for exchanges.

    – No promo code can be combined with items already on sale. Promotional codes apply to regular-priced items only. Only one promo code can be entered at checkout.

    – Some period underwear models may be excluded from promotions. Additional conditions may apply. Offers are available for a limited time. PROTECTIONS ORA INC. reserves the right to modify or withdraw these offers without notice.

    365-Day Warranty

    We offer a 365-day warranty covering any premature wear of your period underwear. If an item shows wear during this period, we will replace it free of charge.
