Shipping Policy
Orders are processed and shipped between 24 and 48 hours .
Delivery is free for any purchase of $80 or more . If the minimum purchase is not reached, you will be charged a fixed delivery fee of $8 for Quebec and Ontario. For the rest of Canada and the United States, the delivery fee is $10 if the minimum purchase is not reached.
Delivery times are 2 to 5 working days in Canada*, and can take up to 7 business days to the United States. Once the package is in the hands of the shipping company, Ora Protections waives all ownership rights to the buyer. Every precaution is taken on our side to ensure that your order is delivered to you. If you do not receive your order within 10 business days, you can contact us for assistance.

In order to ensure efficient service and follow-up with our customers, please carry out the procedures below before contacting us:
- A tracking number has been sent to the email used for the purchase, please check the latter on the carrier's website.
This email comes from Clickship or Purolator and may end up in your spam folder. - Please verify the accuracy of your address on your order confirmation.
- Generally our deliveries do not require a signature on delivery, but you may have received a notice from the carrier in your mailbox telling you to collect it from a drop-off point.
- Some of our carriers may also attempt a new delivery the next day, if you were not home when they first attempted it.
Delivery times may vary during peak periods and may be extended due to exceptional measures related to coronavirus, during periods of major promotions or product launches. Please allow up to 8 working days.
Delivery of the products is subject to the rules and regulations of the shipping company as well as those regarding the signing of an acknowledgement of receipt for the products. If you are absent at the time of delivery, it is your responsibility to track and collect the products according to the rules and procedures of the shipping company.
Ora Protections is not responsible for lost packages, delivery errors or damaged packages. It is the consumer's responsibility to verify the delivery information before finalizing their order.
Return policy
REFUND
In addition to our guarantee on your first pair ordered, menstrual panties and washable towels are unfortunately not refundable. Similarly, no other products in the store are refundable.
EXCHANGE
Only menstrual panties are exchangeable. Purchases made on Black Friday and during clearance sales are not exchangeable.
For an exchange please complete the form below, and read the conditions carefully. We do not provide not return labels and an additional service fee of $6 are required.

MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
Do you still have doubts about the effectiveness of menstrual panties? We offer you a guarantee on a pair of panties worn if the experience has not convinced you. Here are the conditions:
– This must be your very first order.
– We give you 60 days, or 2 cycles, to test your panties. Your claim must be made within 60 days of the order date.
– We will refund you for a pair of worn panties, which you must return to us at your own expense. If you purchased several pairs of panties on this first order, UNWORN panties are also eligible for a refund, by returning the entire order to us.
The warranty is only valid on worn panties. Any additional panties that are used, washed or not labeled will not be refunded.
If you have purchased several, we advise you to use only one before trying the others in order to benefit from the full refund of the order. The delivery costs are not refundable and the cost of returning the package is your responsibility.

This policy was implemented on December 2, 2023. Any orders placed before this date are not eligible for the warranty.
DEFECT IN AN ITEM
If your item has a defect upon receipt, please notify us within 7 days of receipt using the same form above. We will accommodate you in the best possible way.
