Delivery policy
Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours.
Delivery is free on all purchases of $80 or more. If the minimum purchase is not reached, you will be charged a fixed delivery fee of $8 for Quebec and Ontario. For the rest of Canada and the United States, delivery costs $10 if the minimum purchase is not reached.
Delivery times are 2 to 5 working days in Canada*, and up to 7 working days for the USA. Once the package is in the hands of the shipping company, Ora Protections relinquishes all rights of ownership to the buyer. We take every precaution to ensure that your order is delivered to you. If you do not receive your order within 10 working days, you can contact us for assistance.

To ensure efficient service and follow-up for our customers, please complete the procedures below before contacting us:
- A tracking number has been sent to the e-mail address used for purchase. Please check this number on the carrier’s website.
This e-mail comes from Clickship or Purolator and may end up in your spam folder. - Please check the accuracy of your address on your order confirmation.
- Generally, our deliveries do not require a signature on delivery, but you may have received a notice from the carrier in your mailbox telling you to pick it up at a drop-off point.
- Some of our carriers may also attempt a new delivery the following day, if you were not at home when the first attempt was made.
Delivery times may vary during peak periods and may be extended due to exceptional measures linked to the coronavirus, during periods of major promotions or product launches. Please allow up to 8 working days.
The delivery of products is subject to the rules and regulations of the shipping company, as well as those concerning the signing of an acknowledgement of receipt for the products. If you are absent at the time of delivery, you are responsible for tracking and picking up the products in accordance with the shipping company’s rules and procedures.
Ora Protections is not responsible for lost packages, delivery errors or damaged packages. It is the consumer’s responsibility to check the delivery information before finalizing the order.
Return policy
REFUND
Apart from our guarantee on your first pair ordered, menstrual pants and washable pads are unfortunately non-refundable. Similarly, no other products in the store are refundable.
EXCHANGE
Only menstrual pants can be exchanged. Black Friday and clearance sale purchases are not redeemable.
For an exchange, please complete the form below, and read the conditions carefully. We do not provide return labels and an additional $6 service charge applies.

MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
Do you still have doubts about the effectiveness of menstrual pants? We offer a guarantee on a pair of panties worn if you’re not convinced by the experience. Here are the conditions:
– This has to be your very first order.
– We give you 60 days, or 2 cycles, to test your panties. Your claim must be made within 60 days of the order date.
– We will reimburse you for one pair of panties worn, which you must return to us at your own expense. If you have purchased more than one pair of knickers on this first order, the UNWEARED knickers are also eligible for a refund, by returning the entire order to us.
The warranty is only valid on worn pants. No refunds will be given for used, washed or unlabelled extra panties.
If you’ve bought several, we advise you to use just one before trying the others, to benefit from a full refund. Delivery charges are non-refundable and the cost of returning the package is your responsibility.

This policy was implemented on December 02, 2023. Orders placed before this date are not eligible for warranty.
ITEM DEFAULT
If your item is defective upon receipt, please notify us within 7 days of receipt using the same form above. We will accommodate you in the best possible way.
