These terms and conditions govern the use of the oraprotections.ca website. This site is owned and operated by Ora Protections. By using this site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms of use and agree to comply with them at all times.

You agree to purchase these goods at your own risk.

Shipping and Delivery
When making a purchase on our site, you agree to provide a valid email address and shipping address. We reserve the right to modify, refuse, or cancel any order if necessary. If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund.

🚚 Shipping Costs & Delivery Times:
- Free shipping on all orders of $85 or more.
- Flat-rate shipping of $8 for Quebec and Ontario if the minimum purchase is not met.
- Flat-rate shipping of $10 for the rest of Canada and the United States if the minimum purchase is not met.

- Canada: 2 to 5 business days*
- USA: Up to 7 business days
(*Excluding remote areas)
During peak periods (e.g., product launches, promotions, Black Friday), shipping times may double due to high order volume.
⚠️ Delivery Delays – External Factors
We strive to process and ship your orders within the estimated timeframes. However, unexpected delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:
- Shipping carrier constraints (strikes, sorting delays, package volume surges, etc.)
- Severe weather conditions affecting transportation
- Temporary workforce shortages in our warehouses
- Health regulations or public safety restrictions
- High order volumes during peak seasons (e.g., sales, holidays)
If a delay occurs, we recommend tracking your package using the provided tracking number. For any questions, our team is available at info@oraprotections.com and will assist you as best as possible.
📍 Order Tracking:
To ensure efficient service and order tracking, please complete the following steps before contacting us:
✅ A tracking number was sent to the email used for purchase when the package was marked as "In Transit."
✅ Verify your address on your order confirmation.
✅ Most deliveries do not require a signature, but you may receive a carrier notice in your mailbox directing you to a pickup location.
✅ Some carriers may attempt a second delivery if you were not home for the first attempt.
Once the package is handed over to the shipping company, Ora Protections is no longer responsible for its delivery. If you do not receive your order within 10 business days, please contact us for assistance.
Order Fulfillment & Tracking Timeline:
✨ Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. If you do not see it, check your spam or junk folder.
✨ Processing Begins: We book a carrier and generate a shipping label. Your order status will update to "In Transit", and you will receive an email with your invoice and tracking link.
➡️ Note: At this stage, your order is not yet packed. It may take up to 72 business hours before fulfillment starts.
✨ Packaging & Stock Availability: If an item is out of stock, we will notify you by email and issue a refund for the item.
✨ Carrier Pickup & Delivery: Once packed, your package is picked up the same day or the following day.
➡️ We always choose express shipping (1-2 business days), except for remote areas. It is normal for the tracking to remain unchanged for the first 72 hours.
✨ Monitor your tracking status to avoid issues (e.g., incorrect address, pickup point delivery, failed delivery attempt).
Average delivery time: 2 to 5 business days, excluding promotional periods, product launches, remote areas, or extreme weather conditions.

Refund & Exchange Policy
Refunds
Except for our first-purchase guarantee, menstrual underwear and washable pads are non-refundable. All other products in our store are also final sale.
Exchanges
General Conditions:
- Exchanges are accepted within 30 days.
- Returned items must be in resellable condition—unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags attached. Otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange and return the items as received.
📦 Return Shipping: You are responsible for shipping the items back at your own expense. We do not provide return labels. Ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit. Ora Protections is not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.
📍 Return Address: Provided only in the exchange approval email.
🔹 Only menstrual underwear is eligible for exchange.
🔹 Non-exchangeable items:
- Black Friday purchases
- Menstrual underwear purchased for $20 or less
- Clearance-sale menstrual underwear
🔹 No refunds will be issued for returned items.
🔹 A $6 service fee applies to all exchanges.
Exchange Procedure:
1️⃣ Check eligibility: Ensure you meet all exchange conditions and have read our policy.
2️⃣ Log into your account to submit an exchange request.
3️⃣ Find your order and click "Request a Return."
4️⃣ Select the eligible items for exchange. If an item is unclickable, it is not eligible.
5️⃣ Specify the reason for exchange and the desired replacement size/model in the "Notes" section.
6️⃣ Submit your request.
🔹 Processing Time: We review requests within 48 hours.
🔹 Approval Email: If approved, you’ll receive a secure link to pay the $6 service fee. Any price difference will be adjusted accordingly.
🔹 New Items Shipping: Once we receive and verify the returned items, we will ship the replacement within 2-3 business days, plus delivery time.
