It’s time for the menstrual revolution: one panty at a time 🙂

For ages, sanitary pads have been the subject of debate. Some are strongly advised against by specialists, while others are really impractical to use… Today, and fortunately, women’s well-being is a priority. And it’s because it’s urgent to take care of yourself while thinking ecologically, that opting for menstrual panties will literally change your life.

You want to take the plunge and use menstrual pants, but you’re still hesitating? Want to know how it works? Is it really reliable?

We’ll give you all the answers you need!

How does it work?

It’s a lot simpler than you might think. In fact, it’s in the head that it sticks: #blocage!!!

That’s right! We’ve always been taught to have a barrier between our blood and our panties, and now, suddenly, none at all…!

First, you need to know that each panty has 4 thin absorbent layers, one of which is waterproof. This layer prevents leaks while preserving the sensation of wetness. In fact, menstrual panties can provide up to 12 hours of leakage-free protection – depending on your flow, of course – which is revolutionary? No feeling of wetness or discomfort… It’s as if you weren’t menstruating 🙂

What’s more, the fabrics used in these panties are not chosen at random. These fabrics are made from natural fibers such as cotton or bamboo, allowing air to circulate and blood to quickly reach the absorbent part. This means no dampness, and above all, no unpleasant odors.

Washable, ecological and durable, this new type of sanitary protection can be used and reused for up to 3 years!

Isn’t it a bit like what my grandmother used in her day?

For centuries, women have used fabrics that they regularly washed as hygienic protection! 😁

Yes, for the generation that has only known tampons and menstrual cups, using fabric protection isn’t all that new… But there’s a big difference between those famous fabrics and modern menstrual panties 🙂

It’s important to remember that menstrual underwear is first and foremost an undergarment. As a result, it doesn’t cause any particular discomfort when worn. No chance of your protection escaping down your pants! But underneath the ordinary panties, we quickly realize the benefits they bring to menstruation. What a liberation!

What should I expect on my first try?

Menstrual pants develop their absorption capacity with each use and wash. Don’t forget to wash it 2 or 3 times before first use.
Try to stay at home for the first try. As every flow is unique, you first need to get to know your new best friend. You’ll then know the ideal length of time to wear it. If damage does occur, don’t panic, just wear it for less time next time.

How do I care for my menstrual panties?

To preserve your menstrual pants and extend their life, it’s best to rinse them thoroughly in cold water after use. Once the water is completely clear, simply wash them with dedicated soap or machine wash at low temperature.

By following these tips, you can be sure that your menstrual panties will remain intact for many years to come.

Is it suitable for all body shapes?

There are several types of menstrual pants, with different shapes and absorption capacities. High waist, low waist, with or without lace… You can choose your protection according to your flow, your activity during your period, but also according to your well-being. They’re also available in a range of sizes to suit every woman.

NB: If your measurements are, right between two sizes, it’s up to you whether you prefer tight-fitting panties or have a bit of room 🙂
